This couple lives in the smallest apartment in Manhattan. What's shocking to me is what they paid for it.
Zaarath and Christopher Prokop -- and their two cats -- live in the smallest apartment in the city, a 175-square-foot "microstudio" in Morningside Heights the couple bought three months ago for $150,000.
When I lived in New York I lived in a two bedroom that was going for $129,000. We ended up renting it but it was 5 times the size of this place. Manhattan real estate is out of control.
