Hemeroscopium House by Antón García- Abril

The Hemeroscopium House was formed around the idea of defying physical limits. Composed of heavy structural elements, it defines it's aesthetics with perfectly placed beams that create an aerial effect. The seemingly unstable structure took only 7 days to build, but a year to perfect. Complex calculations were involved in creating the perfect balance, aerial quality and overall appearance. The use of heavy concrete gives an industrial, modern look but flows beautifully with it's natural surroundings.
