I like this room very much. You can get this wide stripe look on the wall with fabric , paper, or paint.This room is all done with 'LINES'.
The drapery is made up of lines making squares (or a windowpane pattern ), the same with the pillows.
The architectural piece over the sofa, with a set of figures makes the room.
In addition to framed art & mirrors, I love things on walls other than flat items.
3 D is the way to go, if you want a room to not only look interesting,
but FEEL interesting !
