Located in a village in Sao Paolo, Brazil, this house designed by AR Arquitetos for small family without children. The main idea of this design is maximizing the small area into large space inside the house. Even the site very close neighbors, it still provide privacy area that makes the owner feeling comfort to living in.

From the street, a house associated with the access road that directly up into the living room. In general, this house consists of 2 main volume with cubic shape. The main cube placed in the center of the lot, twinned on both sides, opens onto two yards, front and back, allowing maximum use of land with preservation of outdoor areas as extensions of the house. Another smaller volume posed in the front setback, as an extrusion of the main one, completes the house volume, defining the garage void. It comprehends the front courtyard opened to the living-room and also accomodates the laundry.

Once the house is opened onto both front and back yards, internal and external areas are merged, without loss of privacy. It means maximum use of the plot, providing abundant natural lighting and ventilation. With ideal distribution for intimate, social and work spaces, allowing concurrent activities without interference.
